Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy! With eye for detail and ambiance, we redecorated this ground floor appartement ourselves. The shower, kitchen and toilet are brand new (2021) and you have a nice view on the little, green garden. The kitchen has all you need to cook: pans, oven, herbs, microwave and cutlery. The television has Netflix and there is free WiFi. The cosy, old looking bedroom has plenty of storage space for your luggage. You can use the hairdryer, curling iron and iron if you like. The entry of the ground floor appartement is in the backyard (at the side of the house). There is plenty of parking space in the neighborhood. It's a 15 minute walk to the translation of Leeuwarden. The 'Vossenpark' neigbourhood is only a 3 minutes walk away from the city centre, but is also the most peaceful and historic part of the town. The 2 city parks: Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner. There is always plenty of parking space in the area. To the trainstation is a 15 minute walk.
