A self contained private annexe with its own living room, kitchen, bathroom & bedroom. Good access to bus, tram & train networks. Ideal for those travelling due to work. Easy access for EON, J26 & J27, Sherwood Business Park and walking distance to Rolls Royce. Night shift stays available please enquire. Family home next to annex with host’s quiet family The annexe is self contained so privacy is guaranteed. Located in a quiet residential end of the town but with shops a walking distance away. Please note the annexe is only suited to 2 adults not children. Guests have access to a TV and wifi plus of course their own kitchen, living room, bathroom & bedroom. As the annexe is completely separate, guests will have plenty of privacy but I'm happy to help just knock on my door or text ! We have shops and takeaways nearby but also lots of walks, tearooms, Bestwood Country Park, Newstead Abbey and of course Nottingham city centre a tram or train ride away. We even have a listed WW2 bunker & watch tower in the field at the end of the garden. Tram & train links 2 miles away plus good bus routes. On street parking available. Not suitable for children. Please note I’m only accepting bookings for a minimum of 2 nights currently.
