85 square meter studio with minimal decor and comfortable spaces. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower. King size bed with anatomic mattress. Large windows overlooking the garden and access to a tennis court (upon request and extra charge). Free and safe parking in the premises. The studio is located 1.5 km from the University of Patras and the University Hospital of Rio and 450meters from the Casino Rio and suburban railway. The closest beach is at 300 meters. Train at 50 meters. Its unique architectural design with large openings and metal and wood dominating, the comfortable well-kept garden combined with the impeccable hospitality offered by the owners make it a special accommodation in the area. Since the studio is located in a rural area, it is possible that guests may see or hear indigenous wildlife/insects and farm animals in or around the property. Anti-mosquito devices and tablets are available in the studio. There are dogs in the wider property which are kept in a restricted area.
