Cosy, one-bedroom apartment built with traditional style perfect for couples and friends. Enjoy the incredible views of the sea and the sunset. Fully equipped and very centrally located, just 5 minutes walking from Vourkari and Gialiskari beach. There is one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with a shower. It is fully equipped (tv, air condition in the living room) and the kitchen has all the facilities in order to cook a light meal (kitchenware provided). Important note: In the living room, there is a sofa where a kid or young adult can sleep. Ask us for details. The small terrace offers a wonderful setting for your breakfast or dinner while watching the outstanding sea view and the sunset. The is accessed by 20-25 stairs and belongs to a small complex. Just crossing the street and going down a few step enjoy a “private” swim from the rocks, jumping into the crystal creat waters away from the noise of the beach. We will be more than glad to welcome you and provide you with useful information such as the island’s hot spots and ‘secret paradises’. The maisonette boasts a privileged location, with many options within walking distance, which allow you to enjoy your relaxed holidays even without a car : 1. Situated at Gialiskari bay, only 2km away from Kea's port with very easy access. At the port you may find a great variety of taverns, a super market and more shops 2. Located just 100 metres from Gialiskari beach. It is an organized cute beach, ideal for families and couples with a beautiful cafe-restaurant. 3. Also located within a 5 minute walking distance from Vourkari - the heart of the island- where you may savour traditional food and enjoy your drinks or coffee in one of the restaurants, bars and cafeterias. A mini market is also available to cater for your basic needs. 4. Otzias beach is easily accessible and just 2km away. It is the biggest organised beach on the island very kids friendly. If you feel like walking, you can easily and very pleasantly make it there on foot. 5. Ioulida, the capital of the island, is built on a hill, only a 10 minute ride from the house. Very easy access from the port. Also bus station just outside the house which can take you to the port, Ioulida, Otzias etc The terrace is private but as the house belongs to a complex other guests may pass by the terrace.
