Family holiday in the center of Die in a charming cottage

In the heart of Die is this family-friendly and welcoming gîte for 11 people. 5 carefully decorated bedrooms spread over three floors, each with its own special charm. Three rooms are arranged so as not to have a neighborhood. Two bedrooms (beige bedroom) and (orange bedroom) are adjacent. On each floor there is a bathroom and WC. One bathroom has a shower, the other bathroom has a bathtub. Upstairs is a small and large, bright living room, overlooked by a mezzanine with library. Next to the mezzanine, a children's playroom is equipped with a large plasma screen (48 inches) with DVD player for watching videos or playing without disturbing other people in the gîte. The living room also has a 48 inch TV with Internet access and Blue-Ray player. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, large fridge, kettle, freezer, multi-cooker, ceramic stove and microwave. On the ground floor, in a vaulted room with soft lighting, a jacuzzi can accommodate five people. For your well-being, yoga classes and various massages are available close to the house. The ground floor, with direct access to the street, allows easy storage: bikes, motorcycles, strollers, canoes, ski equipment ... Two minutes walk from the cottage, a closed garage for one car is available to tenants. All shops, markets, pharmacies, media libraries, cinema, theater, bus station .... are near the cottage. The SNCF train station is 600 meters away. Everything is possible without taking the car. The beach on the edge of the Drôme and the outdoor swimming pool of Die are +/- 500 m away. The start of the hiking trails is at the end of the street. The ski slopes (Col Du Rousset) are a 30-minute drive away.
