Self Contained & *Pool - New Forest National Park

Self-contained studio and secluded patio plus access to our heated pool (*open mid April to end Oct. Pool temp varies on the time of year*) all in lush surroundings in a quiet neighbourhood. The Room: A 1000 pocket sprung medium firm kingsize double bed, silent fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, tea, coffee, wifi, usb sockets, TV, underfloor heating, curtains and blinds but no blackout curtains, hooks and hangers (no wardrobe) and a sliding door to the wc / shower room - see photos. Step out of the French doors onto your private patio, cool off by the pool on hot days and relax in as if abroad. Enjoy awesome autumns or wonderful winters too. We respect the peace and quiet of the area and our neighbours, so kindly ask you our lovely guests the same! Donkeys, cows, ponies and deer roam freely (and 5 mins down the road pigs and piglets too) side step our driveway cattle grid and you're in The New Forest National Park - 71.000 acres of protected land within the 140,000 acres of the New Forest, Wander on foot or bike for miles across heathland, woodland, trails and paths, it is truly a wonderful area to explore. Grab some space and rejuvenating tranquility in the surrounding nature and wilderness. LOCAL EATS: The Potting Shed, gorgeous rural cafe and very basic farm shop are a 4 minute walk. There are three great pubs within walking distance - The Foresters, The Royal Oak and the Three Lions. Check their opening times online. Fordingbridge is an 8 minute drive for The George pub (1984) right on the river Avon or La Lambretta, a superb Italian pizzeria & restaurant. There's a Chinese takeaway and an Indian restaurant in the village too. Ringwood market town is 5 miles away for a much wider choice or restaurants, bars and pubs. There's lots to do if you want to - beautiful beaches are found in the Bournemouth and Sandbanks area, easy to reach by car. Salisbury and Stonehenge are close too. We're following UK Government Covid 19 guidance and restrictions along with Vrbo guidance and safety updates in order to welcome guests safely during this time of concern. We allow sufficient time for ventilation, cleaning and sanitizing which we do to a very high standard. The room is a new build and has “countryside plumbing” so excuse the sounds from the shower pump, macerator toilet and sink. We live above in the rest of the house and are around for anything you may need. We look forward to hosting you!
