A newly built 2 detached bedroom home on a new development just across the river from the town centre of Barnard Castle. Private gated parking at the back of the property. A gorgeous walk into town across through the Castle grounds in less than 10 minutes. A gorgeous 2 bedroom brand new detached stone faced house. On the ground floor the fully integrated kitchen makes for the perfect breakfast spot. The family living room is great for cosy nights in or enjoying the garden on warmer days by opening up the French doors and sitting on the patio. For last evenings or a film the 40” smart tv with Netflix is just waiting to entertain you. The ground floor cloakroom and wc complete the downstairs. On the first floor the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, built in wardrobe and large chest of drawers and you can even catch glimpses of the castle from here. Bedroom 2 has a Day bed that can used as a full size single and has a further single that can be used underneath. To use bedroom 2 it is an extra £15 per bed per night. Please let us know on booking. The modern bathroom has a shower over the bath and is a smart grey and white design. Outside we offer a fully enclosed parking on our gated driveway at the back of the house. The gardens are landscaped and offer room to sit out on the patio on warm afternoons. Maybe have a walk along to the famous Bowes Museum and enjoy some cultural inspiration from the amazing art work on display. Local walks across Teesdale from the doorstep including the Teesdale Way. Local buses run frequently from the town centre. Our home is newly built and on an estate on the edge of the town. The site is under construction and where our house is the street is finished however during weekdays there is building work and construction traffic that may cause noise and disrupt your stay so please be aware of this when you book.
