Pub and village centre 5 mins walk, station 7 mins walk, Gatwick 15/20 mins drive. East Grinstead 10 mins drive. Great location for travel into central London or Kent/Surrey/Sussex areas of beauty. Private entrance. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk provided. Happy to provide basic breakfast foods if required. Lingfield is a historic, thriving village with everything you need within 5 mins walk and easy access to London by train, Gatwick by car or the racecourse. The annexe is accessed via two sets of gates, one iron and one wooden and sits behind the main house in the garden. The key is stored in a lockbox. We live on site in the main house so can be around for any problems, to deal with questions or just for a chat! The area is very green and we are a short distance from historic properties such as Hever Castle, Standen and Penshurst. It's easy to get around on foot and there is a lovely, local pub around the corner which does great food. Buses run to East Grinstead every 15 mins, trains are every 30 mins into London and back.
