The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has twin beds. The new refurbished family bathroom has roll top bath. A mobile cot and highchair are available - baby sitting maybe possible on request. The living area is open plan with a sitting room, dining area and a breakfast bar. The dining table converts to a full size pool table which is fantastic fun for nights in. The Lodge has a smart TV, DVD player and WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, range cooker, fridge, freezer and washing machine. The gated property is secure and has parking for 2 cars. The beautiful tranquil gardens are perfect for those summer evenings with table and chairs and BBQ facilities available. Please note there is a shallow pool outside the Lodge which is home to our ducks. The Lodge is wonderful in the summer and snug in the winter. You are welcome to bring your well behaved dogs. please note we have ducks in the pond in the garden. The Lodge is set in the village of Inkberrow and In easy walking distance to a number of fine pubs offering everything from simple snacks to gastro dining. The award winning village shop stocks plenty of provisions and newspapers and at the post office you can send parcels or get your cash, all of these are in easy walking distance. During the peak months we would prefer change over days on a Friday should you wish an alternative day please message me checking the day before booking. The village of Inkberrow is said to be the inspiration for Ambridge in the long running radio classic “The Archers”, along with its pub also “”The Bull”, and where “Archers” memorabilia photos adorn the walls.
