The Annex

The Annex is a lovely property within the Kent countryside. The Annex is a studio property. There is a full kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle and washing machine There’s a double bed and a double sofa bed- sleeps up to four adults We do also have a camp single bed that can be used for a 5th person but it will be tight squeeze The lounge area has a large sofa (sofa bed) with a tv Everything you need in a nice cosy space Sky sports and fibre internet available A unique open space with everything you need The Annex is accessed through a side entrance on the property The Annex is located in the beautiful Kent countryside Chartwell House is 4 minute drive away- can also be accessed by walking as there are footpaths all the way roughly an hours walk Hever Castle is 10 minute drive away We are surrounded by lovely walks There’s a walk that takes you in Edenbridge town centre where you can access the train stations, shops and local pubs and restaurants The annex is very remote a car is needed for travel The annex is suituated in our private garden. There is a small seating area allocated to the annex for guests to use. All other areas in the garden including the children’s play area and toys are not for use The property heating will be automatically set so no need to worry about the settings
