3 bedroom end terrace in Beeston, Nottingham. Quiet, residential neighbourhood, 2 minute walk from the Tram to Nottingham University, the QMC and Nottingham. Just a few minutes walk from Beeston town centre. Comfortable home for pleasure or business, for one to five people. The house is on a very quiet road, that is only 1-2 minute walk from shops, cafes, the tram / bus stops to Nottingham University, the QMC hospital and Nottingham city centre. Although it is close to the tram / bus route, it is not actually ON the route, therefore no traffic noise can be heard. Due to the secluded location, the street is only generally used by residents. The house is warm, clean, spacious and has all the amenities you would need. Ideal for an individual(s) on business, for 1 or 2 couples or a family. The main double bedroom is spacious with a large king sized bed. The second double bedroom, is an attic room, spacious with a nice views through the velux window. Please note, the stairs to the attic room are steeper & narrower than standard stairs & wouldn’t be suitable for the elderly or anyone who may have difficulty ascending steep stairs. The third bedroom is a sofa bed in the "spare" / "office" room which can be used as a spacious bed for one or a less spacious bed for two! The large bathroom, includes a large bath with "jacuzzi" style jets! The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a small dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room has a gas fire, comfortable seating for five people plus sky tv. The dining room has a table that seats six, plus a hi-fi system, with a lead for connection to play music from phones. There is wi-fi, with a strong signal throughout the house. The heating is fully programmable to meet your personal preferences. The hot water is instantly and constantly available through a combi-boiler (I.e no switching on required). Please note the booking page is set to allow bookings up to nine months ahead. If you are interested in booking the house for more than nine months ahead and the stay would be for at least a week, please message us with you enquiry. Guests have access to the whole house and small, enclosed, secluded rear garden / yard with high walls. We are only a few minutes away and can be contacted at any time during your stay. We will however give you complete privacy during your stay. The house is very close to Beeston town centre. Beeston is a great little town with some fantastic independent restaurants, pubs and cafes. There are the usual chain shops that you may find on any high street however there are also a large number of independent, unique shops and eateries. We are happy to give recommendations. As mentioned, the house is only 2 minute from the Nottingham tram network. Beeston town centre is only a 5 minute walk away and a 10 minute walk away to/from Beeston train station which has direct trains to Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, London (...and elsewhere of course :) ) The house will have been cleaned by our friendly and efficient cleaners before your arrival. If you notice anything at all that isn't quite right, please let us know. We would much rather know if something is not 100% right, as we can then sort it out for you and future guests.
