If you are searching for silence and relaxation in the diverse and varied floodland between the rivers Aller and Leine, you will be exactly right with us. The apartment**** is tastefully furnished - you won’t miss anything. The two-storey apartment has approximately 76 m². In the attic storey are two separated bedrooms. On the ground floor is a modern and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and floor heating. From the kitchen you enter to the silent courtyard with a glass-covered terrace. The living room, a few stairs higher and next t the kitchen, is laid with massive wood parquet. On a comfortable living couch you will enjoy the view into greenery and meadows. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a shower. You will live in a separated part of a historical building with a wide view into the bocage and meadow landscape. Both of our vacation apartments belong to a former farm which is under preservation order and far from traffic noise. The historical complex compounds the main building from 1793 (in which we are living), a grain store from 1780 and a renovated pigsty from 1890, where our architecture office and both vacation apartments are located in.
