*28 Day Min* Private bedroom with lockable door. Guest will have access to a full bathroom, shower only, that will be shared when another guest stays over. Exit to the outside is through another (shared) room that may be rented to another Airbnb guest or otherwise used by the host. The private bedroom has a small fridge and a microwave. At host's discretion, guests may use the common area, a large and comfortable den with TV, wifi, cable & DVD player, and have full access to the backyard. The common space has lots of books and access to a beautiful and peaceful backyard. Guests will have access to the den where TV and cable are located. We are available for as much or as little interaction as possible. The shared Comfortable Futon can also be rented at the same time as the private Bright & Cozy Bedroom.
