Mein kleiner Landsitz im Herzen Thüringens. Biete eine schöne Dachgeschoss-Wohnung mit Balkon in einem Zweifamilien-Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Perfekt, um in den Thüringer Wald zu starten oder Arnstadt, Erfurt und Weimar zu erkunden. Zwei Fahrräder überlasse ich gern zur Nutzung. Meine Gäste sollen sich wohlfühlen - egal ob Urlauber oder Geschäftsreisende. Die kleine offen gestaltete Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt super zentral im Herzen Thüringens. Flur, Küche und Wohnbereich sind offen miteinander verbunden. Es gibt ein Gäste- bzw. Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Zudem gibt es ein ausklappbares Gästebett, das zusätzlich im Wohnzimmer aufgestellt werden kann. Und einen Schlafboden mit zwei neuen Matratzen. In der gesamten Wohnung gibt es Fußbodenheizung. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche sowie einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Die kleine offene Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank, zwei Kochplatten, Espressomaschine und Spülmaschine. In the bathroom, you will find a shower as well as a bathtub. The little open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, cooking plate, Espresso machine and dishwasher. Fußläufig (5 bis 10 Minuten) sind Marktplatz, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Fleischer & Eiscafe sehr gut zu erreichen. Ruhige und entspannte Nachbarschaft.
