Newly build loft room

We have an excellent loft room, available to accommodate up to 4 people, it is bright, spacious, with built in wardrobes and its own private shower room. Our house is located in a quiet road, less than 3 minutes from Dagenham East underground station The bedroom is bright and airy. There is one king size and two single very comfortable beds. Because of the size of the room, we think it is suitable for a larger group of friends or family with kids. The built in wardrobes and chest of drawers provide plenty of space for storing clothes. The room has a TV, wi-fi, kettle and tea and coffee supplies. The guest have their own private and spacious bathroom and cleaned towels. The house has four bedrooms, including the loft, where the guest will be staying. The first floor bedrooms are occupied by us and are no go area. We will be happy to share the rest of the house with our guests in the morning and in the evenings. They can use our small, but well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee machine and microwave. We both work, but we are at home in the evening having dinner and relaxing time in front of the tv. We will be happy to assist you in any way, if we could, but we do appreciate our rest as we do work hard. Weekends are more relaxed, and if we are not out and about we will be able to spend more time with you. Our road is quite and safe. We are in good relationship with the neighbours and we would like to keep it this way. The house is just 3 minutes from the Dagenham East London Underground station and will take you to Central London for about 45 minutes. We also have bus stop near by the house. Bus 103 will take you to Romford for 15 minutes, where there is a big shopping centre, restaurants, cinema and clubs.
