The house has super scenic views and the backyard - with not a building or tower in sight - is home to many deer, hares, water birds and other wildlife. The living areas and bathrooms have floor heating and a huge fireplace gives further charm and warmth. A concert Bechstein grand piano may be used by experienced players. The dining area has a table that sits 18 persons comfortably. And the terrace has an Ofyr Island barbecue grill. Upon request a professional cook and/ or domestic helper can be arranged. The farmhouse is located in the heart of the IJssel valley in between the pittoresque Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen. The area offers great hiking, biking, fishing, horse riding and other outdoor activities. But just reading a book or merely watching from the panoramic windows, will already give you a very special experience. Covered carparking in the barn and usage of adult & youngster bikes are included. Electric bikes may be rented from a nearby shop at modest costs.
