Grebe Cottage at the Moulin de la Roque

Grebe Cottage is in the grounds of Moulin de la Roque Mill built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) it is surrounded by woodland and we have a little stream that runs through the property. Our cottage is a petite cottage and has one bedroom one double bed with en-suite bathroom (with bath) upstairs and Kitchen, Dining and Lounge area downstairs, it is connected by an adjoining wall to the next cottage, there is an equipped kitchenette area, there is a DVD with UK Freeview Television. WIFI is intermitent sometimes. The cottage you have is self contained and you have the sole use of the same. I I may not be always available in person but there is always a telephone number for emergencies, our neighbor Laurent and friends May and Derrick their french number is (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) We are set in our own grounds, you may or may not all according to bookings but the adjoining property maybe let the same time as yourselves and we would ask guests to respect other peoples privacy and noise. The area is very accessible to many routes the beach is approximately 20 minutes away Monmartin Sur Mer if you would like nothing like sand and sea ideal for children but if you are looking for something with restaurants and bars and Agon Countanville is good too the beaches are ideal for the children and you, Granville is not too far the home town of Christian Dior and you can catch the ferry to Jersey from there. Mont St Michel and Aligator Bay the children would love, the other side of the region we are quite central to both coastlines is the DD Landing Beaches. So we have the best of both worlds here. The cottages have UK Freeview TV channels there is a DVD. You may also find that your mobile reception may not be has good as it is at home but if you move away from the cottage and the house you will find a reception signal. We are in a quiet location and we have a lot of woodland surrounding the property.
