Living in an Antic Barn

We rent out an apartment in a restored antic barn. The barn was originally built in 1792, we restored it competly in 2011 and installed a house inside. A foot/bike path along the river Inn will take you to the mideaval town of Wasserburg within 1/2 h or 5 min with a car, enough shopping possibilities and restaurants are available there. If you look for a very special place to stay and have sense for old things you will love our house. The apartment has a seperate entrance, is located on the second floor. It contains a kitchen, bathroom with shower, livingroom with a "sleeping gallery". Zell is not a complete village just a few farmhouses, a chaple and a tenniscourt surrounded by medows along the river Inn. Very quiet! Our guests may use our garden and the pond, if they don`t mind the Kois swimming in it. The tennis court can be rented, a golfcourse is in reach of 15km. Sailing at lake Chiemsee about 1/2 hour away. A gothic chapel in Zell. A lot of cultural sites all over the area. Munich is reachable within 3/4 of an hour, Salzburg and the Alps about one hour. you can park at the house, public transportation is not really available!
