No problem as the holiday park is just 5 km from the IJsselmeer (lake) where you can go surfing and sailing. The picturesque village of Berkeley is only 20 minutes away from major cities like Amsterdam and Haarlem.Park facilities are extensive: a grand café and snack bar, laundromat, Internet access, a heated outdoor pool with children’s pool (open during the summer), sports ground and playing fields, a playground with play equipment and electric scooter, whisper boat and canoe rental.At the rear of the park there is an area reserved for more of these chalets, some by the water. This chalet has a furnished terrace. Your pet is welcome. There is parking for one car at the accommodation. Combined with the completely equipped kitchen, this makes this home the perfect place for a nice night of cooking and eating together. The kitchen of this holiday home is equipped with a fridge, freezer, gas burning stove, toaster, electric kettle, coffeemaker, Senseo, microwave oven, oven and dishwasher. The holiday home Deluxe for four people also offers two bedrooms with a lot of natural light: a spacious double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. Indoors, the holiday home also has a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Outdoors there is also plenty to enjoy, thanks to the spacious garden and the luxurious terrace furnished with comfortable terrace furniture and a parasol. This area is quite diverse, with colorful tulip fields, windmills and an agricultural landscape. The holiday park makes a good starting point for a number of excursions and attractions including an indoor water park in Hoorn; the ''Zaanse Schans'' in Zaandam, a steam train from Horn to Medemblik; the Zuiderzee Museum and Sprookjeswonderland in Enkhuizen; a lake with a surf beach (5 km); the cheese market in Alkmaar; the North Sea coast and towns like Bergen, Egmond and Schoorl (30 km). Even the heart of Amsterdam is just 45 minutes away. From 1 January 2019 business bookings are not allowed.- There is a pin machine at the reception. It is possible to pay with a credit card. - Tickets of € 100.00, € 200.00 and € 500.00 are not accepted at the park.- We request that you state your reservation number in any correspondence.- The deposit must be paid on arrival by direct debit only.- There is no bed linen for the present child's bed. We request that you bring this yourself.- Bed linen is mandatory to rent, bed making service is included.- For a stay longer than one week, 3 Euro waste contribution must be paid locally for the extra period per week or part thereof.- We cannot take any responsibility for lost property, damage to property or personal injury sustained during your stay in the park.- Pets are welcome, but on request because not all accommodations are suitable for pets. Maximum 2 pets allowed.Cats are not allowed in the accommodations.- A number of houses within the type of house shown here may have additional facilities.
