we are renting out ONE of our bedrooms for ONE person in our two bedroom house early next year, 2020. Temp. workers have been very comfortable in this space! it will only be available from Jan. thru Mar., while we are out of the area from our private home We're looking for a single person who is in the area for work or internship. we are only renting for a long term stay and are offering a big discount for a three month stay. this is our personal space so it must be a good fit. 3Mo. for $4200! 3 Month rate for Jan. 1st 2020 thru Mar. 31st 2020 at 1,400/M. total =$4200! (plus fees) Students, Interns, & Temporary workers have been especially happy and comfortable staying in this space! LR, Kit, 2BR, Bathtub, Front Deck, Off street parking, Students, Interns, & Temporary workers have been especially happy and comfortable staying in this Full 2nd bedroom bed and sleeping couch. **$35 Extra for each guest** after first guest ( please check off correct #of guests for total fee. not applicable Jan1 . -April 1 2020) main level of house. includes LR, 1 BR, EIK, Bathroom w/ tub, entryway and front deck. parking area on driveway, back yard. You can text or write to me through the app at any time. Please do not call after 10pm. We are always available via the website and email. We hope you will be comfortable for your short term stay and wish you refrain from sloppiness, loud or offensive language and behavior; My wife and I live here and will use the space for work and family entertaining when you are not there. Major meal preparation is discouraged and we will be happy to provide our personal choice picks of local eateries and take out food place. There is a washer/dryer you might be able to (*ask first*) use for personal clothing for a $10 per load fee paid directly to the owner. (* Please ! *ask first! pay first!*).
