En Suite 'Rustic' Double in Luxury Farmhouse B&B

The 'Rustic Room' has recently been refurbished to include furniture made by a local craftsman, as well as a few pieces restored by myself. The room also has an adjoining en suite with shower, along with stunning views of Beamsely Moors. The Spa town of Ilkley lies a five minute drive away, and Bolton Abbey is a stunning 10 minute drive. If you don't have a car it is possible to arrange a pick-up on request. Breakfast can include v, vg, gf and df upon request. Built in 1992, the house sits within 25 acres of fields and the garden backs onto open moorland. I run a small, working livery yard which means that there are plenty of animals around! There will be tea and coffee making facilities in the guests' living room. Guests have their own sitting room with wood-burning stove, as well as a games room in the basement with pool table and table tennis table. Sky TV is in both rooms and there are plenty of DVDs and books in case of a rainy day. Guests can also access the Garden which has its own stream running through, and various seating areas. Breakfast will be served in the large living-kitchen As much or as little as you want! Children and adults are welcome to be involved with the ponies and guinea pigs on prior arrangement. You will need your walking boots! We live on the doorstep of breathtaking countryside. With quiet, rambling paths up to Beamsley Beacon, or more popular routes up to the famous Cow and Calf. If you prefer something with more of an adreneline-rush, there are some excellent mountain-biking routes and rock-climbing walls. Bolton Abbey hosts fishing lessons, and of course there is plenty of horse riding to be done. Bring your own bike - and we can keep it securely in the house. The B&B is a five minute taxi ride from the center of Ilkley. If I am available I am also happy to pick you up on arrival - but this must be organised well in advance. Ilkley boasts great transport links to nearby cities and towns via the train station and bus station. As well as this room there are a further two double bedrooms and a twin room if you are travelling as a group or family.
