Room under the roof in a single house with garden

The room is under the roof in my house. The size is 18square meter. There are stairs. It is in a quiet area. In 6 min. walk You reach the underground station. It takes 18 min. to the city Center. You can smoke in the living room downstairs There is a coffee machine, water kettle, refridgerator (in a side room) and TV. In the shared bathroom there is a Cabinet for my guests to put their Toothbrush a.s.o. Bedclothes and towels are provided. In summer You can be on the terrace or in the big garden. In summer the room can be very warm because it is under the roof and southsided. Bathroom (there is only one). Kitchen, living room, dining room garden and terrace Sometimes I have to work nightshifts and will be out during the night. But of course I would like to meet You and talk to You and answer questions as good as I can. It is a quiet road with single houses. This part of the city is nothing spectacular, but the quality of live is good. Parking is no problem. It will take You about 6 min. to walk to the underground station. From there it takes 18 min. to the city center Check in at any time possible - there is a key safe. Bicycles are available.
