Cozy room at Elche city center, modern flat

Cozy room in a newly renovated apartment in the center of Elche, you will feel at home! It is comfortable, well insulated from noise and cold and is one step away from any place of interest in the city. It is next to the river, the green lung and place for sports in Elche (ideal for walks or running), and that river with a beautiful bridge is the only thing that separates the house from the entire historic center: the Basilica of Santa Maria, the City Hall, the Roundabout ... you will love it! Walking you can get anywhere! You also have the main bus stop next to the house, with connections to the entire city. In the house there are 3 rooms, one of them (Room 1) has a bed of 135, bedside table with lamp and built-in wardrobe. The other (Room 2) has a 105 bed, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe and desk. Room 1 & 2 are currently available. Both can be identified in the photos as "Habitación 1" and "Habitación 2". Hope you like them! :) There as well another room with ensuite bathroom in the flat that is rented now.
