In a quiet neighborhood & close to many local attractions including Texas Motor Speedway, Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Park, and 15 minutes from DFW airport. 20 mins to Lake Grapevine and 40 mins to downtown Dallas & Fort Worth. I hope you’ll love staying in my home as much as I love living here! Bedrooms are spacious and all upstairs. Downstairs living room features a sectional leather sofa and a chaise. Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ in living room and upstairs game room. Kitchen features a double oven, gas stove, bar height counter, Keurig and blender. Guests have access to the entire house and fenced-in backyard. Always available for questions by phone or text! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with sidewalks and lots of shade trees on walks. Walking distance to library and park. Keller Pointe gym only 2 miles away and guest passes are available for $7 per day. Hawaiian Falls water park only 5 miles away! It’s best to have a car for getting around and the home has 3 driveway spaces. Uber and Lyft are also available. The hot tub heater is out of service due to the winter storm. The heating element is on back order.
