A modern self-contained annex in the beautiful country village of Wistow, situated 12 miles from York City Centre. The spacious accommodation is perfect for recreational or business travel and is well situated for most Yorkshire attractions, with public transport into York and Selby. The property boasts 3 acres of private gardens to explore as well as a tennis court for guests to use. The annex is also a short walk from the village church, pub and fish & chip shop. Ample parking is provided. Composed of 1 bedroom: including 1 king sized & 2 single beds (please see images). Towels and bed linen provided The accommodation is generously sized, with the added benefit of having a modern new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom suite recently being fitted. There is also ample off street parking for several vehicles and extensive gardens to explore. COVID-19 Due to these strange times, we have gone above and beyond the set government guidelines by putting precautions in place to give all our guests piece of mind when staying with us. - Fortunately, due to the layout of the property, social distancing should be simple and easy to adhere too. - All high touch surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned prior to the arrival of each guest. - Windows in the property will be left open to air each room in readiness for the next guest. - Zero-touch key collection/ drop off process. - My personal telephone number will be readily available upon booking in case you have any questions or concerns. Wistow is a quiet country village located between Selby and York with excellent access to the Motorway networks. With good public transport links to York and Selby as well as being situated less than 50 miles away from the east coast, Wistow is conveniently positioned for most of Yorkshire's towns and cities. The public bus service from Wistow into the centre of York is generally scheduled every 1.5 hours. Onsite tennis court - rackets and balls not provided. All children welcome but must be kept under strict supervision as there is a pond within the grounds.
