The Old Courtyard is attached to the main house BUT is set totally independently . It has its own entrance, private bedroom and bathroom. A small 'kitchenette' space with a microwave, toaster, kettle and small fridge. Cereal, milk, toast etc are available for you to help yourself. In fair weather, there is the facility to eat outside in the courtyard. The BEST element is .... it's quiet! No traffic noise :) The annexe is set in a quaint courtyard with a bench and seating outside for fine weather... We will of course respect your privacy but are a knock away for anything you might need. We live on a private road and there are picturesque walks around the golf course, past the pond and over the railway into the woods. St Johns Village is a short walk away with a convenience store, coffee shops and other facilities. It is perfect for any golfers playing the 3 W's. There is private parking just outside your accommodation. Please park in front of the courtyard double gates. We have a bus route 10 minutes walk away. We are 2 miles from Woking Train Station so it is perfectly located for London commuters. Within your private unit are tea and coffee making facilities, including a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a toaster and fridge and a breakfast starter pack will be provided on your arrival. Please note there is a small step into the property (and from the bedroom to the hallway).
