This hidden away, unique and stylish bijou holiday retreat with uninterrupted views over fields, is set in the garden of The Potting Shed in the pretty and sought-after village of Ringstead which boasts a shop and and pub; and The Gin Trap Inn, serving good locally-sourced food and over 100 gins no less! This love nest is ideal for a single traveller or indeed a couple who want to be only a short drive or cycle ride to Old Hunstanton beach, one of the prettiest stretches of sand along this coast. This luxury garden annexe is hidden away and truly open-plan, and all on one level. Boasting beautiful open country views from its rear terrace, it has been carefully renovated by the owners who have managed to knit together the spirit of rustic country living with a luxury retreat. The finishing touches are particularly special; vaulted ceilings, oak beams, bi-fold doors to let the outside and views in. With a bio-ethanol, free-standing living flame fire and sheepskin rugs, you can snuggle down on cooler evenings when you have every excuse not to go out. The open-plan living area encompasses a sitting area, dining area and double bed, plus there is a good size shower wet room with underfloor heating. On warmer days soak up the rays in the hammock, or pull out a chair and watch the sun set behind the trees as you toast the end of the day with a glass of champagne. With a fully-enclosed small garden it is perfect for bringing your pampered pooch too! All Ground Floor Accommodation: Open-plan, ground floor bedroom/living/dining/kitchen area With a vaulted ceiling, oak beams, wooden floors, a 4ft 6' double bed with bedside tables and lamps, large sofa, coffee table, bio-ethinal freestanding living flame fire, occasional tables, and a dining table with four chairs. Kitchen area with a range of units with integral fridge with icebox, integral dishwasher, integrated electric oven and hob, microwave and bi-fold doors leading onto a private terrace. Wet room With a walk-in shower with large monsoon shower head, wash basin, WC and underfloor heating. Outside: Decking/terrace with bistro table, two chairs and hammock to make the most of the rural views The front of the main house (The Potting Shed) is approached via a five-bar gate and shingle driveway. Please park to the left of the driveway although parking is possible on the road outside if that is preferred, being that the road is not busy. Pedestrian access only to The Bothy is via an illuminated pathway to the left hand side of The Potting Shed which is fenced off from The Bothy to maintain privacy. Additional Information: Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Guests may be staying at the main house (The Potting Shed) during your stay. This should not impact your enjoyment of The Bothy and the windows to the side have nets/curtains to maintain your privacy. Please note that a refundable security deposit of £300 will be taken on booking this property.
