Set in a large private garden with heated indoor/outdoor pool (pool open May-September inc); ideal for relaxing after a hard day at work, sightseeing or having fun. Off-road private parking; 5 minutes drive to Redhill station and 30 mins train to central London. Gatwick is 15 mins drive as are the M25 and the local amenities of Redhill/Reigate. The traditional local village pub is 2 mins walk, ideal for dining and entertaining. This location is ideal for links to London and the South East. In addition, local amenities include water sports, mountain biking, Surrey Hills, cycling, aerodromes and traditional Surrey villages. Famous tourist attractions in London plus others, e.g. Windsor, Hampton Court and Thorpe Park are all less than 1 hr away. Wimbledon, Ascot, Henley, Lords, Wembley, Twickenham, many famous football and rugby stadiums and entertainment venues, are within easy reach (less than 1 hr) by car or public transport. The apartment is stand alone in the large lower garden. You have independent private access to the apartment. The lower garden is available for use, as is the large pool. The pool enclosure is fully retractable to create an outdoor pool when weather permits. In those days that it is sunny but "cool" the enclosure creates a 25 deg+ indoor environment. Note: The pool is shared access with householder. The pool and lower garden can be provided as sole private access for for you and your guests for an additional charge of £150 per day. NOTE: THE POOL IS SHUT FROM 1ST OCTOBER TO 30TH APRIL INCLUSIVE. Just give us a call if you need help or advice. Note: The Landlord is a fluent Spanish speaker in addition to native English. Nutfield is a typical quiet, small village in the Surrey countryside. The house has direct access to hundreds of acres of open woodland and fields from your lower garden area. If you need general shopping, pubs , restaurants, Redhill and Reigate are 5 minutes away. Additionally, you are only 30 mins by train from London city centre and everything that brings. Gatwick Airport - 20 mins by car; Heathrow Airport - 45 mins by car; Redhill Train Station - 5 mins by car; London Victoria Station - 30 mins by train; London Bridge Station - 30 mins by train. By car: Central London - 1 hour, Brighton - 1 hour, Dover - 80 mins. Bus: There is a stop directly opposite the property on the village High Street. COVID - This space is very private and some distance from the main residence. Social distancing is easy. You will have minimal/zero interaction with the landlord or residents. Exclusive sole private pool access for you and your guests only, is £150 extra per day. Note: The pool is shut from 1st October to 30th April inclusive.
