Self-contained annex in lovely location

Pretty self-contained annexe located in the South Downs National Park to the west of Chichester. An ideal location for Goodwood, Portsmouth historic dockyard and cross channel ferry and for exploring this lovely part of the south coast v. Separate from the main house, our cosy annexe is arranged over 2 floors. Downstairs comprises a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and shower room with toilet; the whole of the upstairs is a comfortable bed-sitting room with great countryside views. Lovely peaceful, countryside setting in the South Downs National Park. There are lovely walks straight from the front door of the annex. We are also located very near to several villages, as well as the lovely coastal town of Emsworth. Chichester is a 10 minute drive and Portsmouth 20 minutes. The beautiful beaches of West Wittering and Hayling Island are only a short drive away. There are several lovely pubs and restaurants in the locality as well as excellent Chinese, Indian and fish and chip take aways We have a dedicated visitor parking space at the property, just outside the annex. It is very safe as it is up our drive and away from the road. There is a local bus which serves Chichester and Petersfield every 2 hours should you wish to go on an adventure. The trip to Petersfield in particular is very scenic
