Cozy house on friendly, beautiful Baltimore block

The sweetest 1900's-built townhouse on one of the most beautiful tree-lined blocks in Baltimore. Perfect for a couple, family, or small group. 2 bedrooms and 1 office that can be used as a working space, or as an extra bedroom for a baby, toddler, or older kids (twin air mattress and convertible chair-to-cot-sized-bed provided). The house is lovely and cozy, but since it's a duplex, we ask that guests try to keep noise reasonable, so as not to disturb the neighbors (who are cool and very nice). If the weather is nice, be sure to stroll up three blocks to beautiful Stony Run park for a walk, run, or just to sit and read or meditate by the peaceful stream. Washer and dryer in basement, with sensitive-skin detergent and dryer sheets included. Roku-enabled TV with Netflix and Hulu. While the house and fenced-in yard are wonderful places to hang out with children or furry buddies, neither are completely baby/toddler or dog-proof. Full house access, including unfinished (but non-haunted!) basement laundry. Keyless entry. We live nearby and are usually just a text, e-mail, or call away. This tree-lined block is full of friendly faces, dogs, and unique, historic houses. Walk a block or two away, and you'll find some gorgeous turn-of-the-century Roland Park mansions. Several restaurants and a convenience store are just a few blocks away, grocery stores within walking distance (2 available within ~1 mile), and a beautiful park with a babbling creek and a walking/biking trail (a few blocks away). Convenient to Hampden, Charles Village, Loyola, Notre Dame, Johns Hopkins, and Morgan State. Downtown, the Inner Harbor, and stadiums are about 5 miles away. Easy access to main driving thoroughfares like I-83, Charles Street, York Road, and Falls Road. Within walking distance of bus lines 28 (one block down- Rogers Ave to Moravia- runs East/West), 51 (half a mile away- Inner Harbor to Towson,- runs North/South), 94 (about a mile away- Sinai Hospital to Ft.
