Comfy apartment in the heart of Olomouc.

Hello! Let me invite and welcome all nice people in a fresh and stylish apartment, which is located in the heart of the historic city of Olomouc. This apartment is divided into two rooms with a bathroom and a separate WC. The main room is spacious and includes a kitchen in the corner with a dining table and a comfy living room with a balcony entrance. The bedroom has its own magic thanks to the bunk bed with a staircase and a small working space just below. I would like you to feel comfortable as much as possible in the apartment. That's why you can find here most of necessary household appliances. Besides TV, there is a toaster, an oven, a fridge, a clothes hanger, a cooker, a kettle and a vacuum cleaner in the flat. In the future certainly will come also a hairdryer and a washing machine. And one more info for hard workers – the wi-fi connection is 100 Mbit/s. I am sure you will appreciate a quiet working space under a bunk bed. What else? You can also use a parking space on the land of residence, it is a part of an apartment. Living just few minutes away from you, I am able to help you during your stay, almost anytime, just make a call! There are lots of fancy spots which you can visit in Olomouc. Whether you are interested in nature, culture or gastronomy, you have everything near the center. I highly recommend to visit some cultural icons, as Holy Trinity Column or St Wenceslas' Cathedral and then you can go to spend some nice time over a cup of fine coffee to the Coffee Library Zbrojnice, which is only few minutes on foot from the flat. Despite The Olomouc city is a quiet and small city and I recommend to go on foot for sightseeing, there is a good public transport network, which you can use. The tram station is nearby the flat! I don't require any extra home rules, just please, behave considerably, like you were in your home. That means: ✔️be polite and take over your shoes and don't smoke inside a flat ✔️open the windows daily, just for few minutes ✔️try to not to eat over the woolen carpet, because it is hard to wash it ✔️please avoid the stains on the walls ✔️if you will clean some mess, use the cleaning cloth and corresponding detergents
