Please note for stays starting July 1, 2019 that are booked January 1, 2019 or later there is a local short term tax of 12.45% (State tax - 5.70%, Local Tax - 4.00% and Cape and Island Water Tax 2.75%) Newly renovated down to the studs! New kitchen, new marble counters & new appliances. Vaulted ceilings in great room, kitchen & two of the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - one twin size bed and 1 set of bunk beds. Bedroom 2 - queen size bed Bedroom 3 - twin size bed with trundle Linens and towels are included in the Cleaning Fee We do provide hairdryer, toilet paper, paper towels, Keurig, pots and pans & garbage bags. New patio with outdoor furniture & gas grill. ***NEW*** we have 2 Paddle Boards, and a Kayak ***NEW*** High speed WiFi. Cable TV Washer / Dryer Gas Grill Quiet area with miles of nature trails in Flax Pond Conservation Area that begin near the house. Fish or swim in the crystal clear water at Flax Pond. Dennis has 16 beaches to enjoy on both the ocean & bay. There are a few public golf courses nearby. 1.5 miles from Dennis Village filled with shops, ice cream parlor & restaurants. 2.7 miles to Mayflower beach and Corporation Beaches We will not be present but just a phone call or text away.
