Two sittings rooms, Dining Room, Kitchen/Breakfast room, 3 bedrooms one with bath / showand wash basin, family bathroom / wetroom and cloakroom. There are also 2 single thick futon mattresses with bedding available. Outdoor spaces include a Veranda, small Japanese garden and a larger garden. There are numerous local walking and cycling possibilities such as , The South Downs way, Ouse valley way, Wealdway, Vanguard way, Sussex board path, and Ashdown forest. Lewes offers historic sights and a range of interesting pubs and quality restaurants. Brighton is larger and more vibrant, offering a huge range of night spots, clubs and pubs together with seaside attractions and historic buidings. Public transport is limited, but there are good rail connections to London and Brighton from Lewes and Cooksbridge.
