We are situated in the green, lush neighbourhood of Botha's Hill, just 4 minutes from Hillcrest. We are neighbours with Kearsney College. Quick, easy access to freeways, hospital, gym, shopping centres and amazing eateries. Lofty guesthouse offers beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. Fully equipped Kitchen, full DSTV , aircon/heater, washing machine. Guesthouse is private with 2 covered patios and own garden with a braai/ fire pit. Plenty of parking. Easy access to property with remotes for automated gate. You will be given a remote for the duration of your stay to come and go as you please. The guesthouse is situated at the top of our property, with its own garden and braai area for guests. Your hosts are available anytime via phone call, email or (Hidden by Airbnb) should you require any help of information. Happy to offer information on surrounding activities and surroundings. Botha's HIll is a beautiful, green, lush neighbourhood, just minutes away from Hillcrest. Botha's Hill is reputed to have one of the healthiest climates in the world due to the lush green indigenous forests surrounding the area, and also has a slightly cooler climate. We are situated in Chapel Road, named after Kearsney College's Chapel which is at the end of our road. It is a lovely safe road to go for a walk. It loops around into Botha Rd so one can either run or walk the 2.3 km loop or do laps should you want the distance. Botha's Hill is the gateway to The Valley of (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) HIlls . On the Comrades and Amashovo route. Botha's HIll is located ideally close to both the Drakensberg Mountain range (2hrs) and Durban beachfront (30 mins). Activities in the area are abundant. Several sporting facilities such as tennis, squash or golf and gym. Excellent mountain biking and running trails including Giba Gorge Mountain Biking Park nearby. There are also a variety of shopping centres with cinemas, sports clubs, gym, churches and medical centres nearby. Hillcrest Hospital is just 4 km away, Virgin Active 3.5 km which is in the Hillcrest Corner shopping centre. Watercrest Mall (with Ster Kinekor) 8.7km. Amazing diverse variety of restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and take aways just a few minutes away.
