The property is located on the well-developed driveway from Cannero to Trarego. Your own Parking space is available. The house itself is about 30 meters above the street, so that the already weak traffic does not disturb. The house is built in solid construction on two floors. On the ground floor are the large living room with dining area (serving hatch to the kitchen), fireplace and a 5.50 meter wide sliding window to the lake. Furthermore, the kitchen (equipped with fitted wardrobes, gas stove and fridge), a bedroom with 2 beds and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms with 2 beds each and the spacious bathroom with tub, shower and WC. Towels and bed linen are not provided! In the garden there is a small swimming pool (3m x 4m). A pool cleaning by a third-party company is not included in the rental price, so that the tenants have to clean the pool independently after previous instruction from the landlord.
