Gîte La Forêt des Etoiles - Forêt de Fontainebleau

Welcome to the Fontainebleau forest ("3 pignons") ! Our guest house is very close (10 walking minutes) to the forest, in the village called Noisy-sur-Ecole. Famous bouldering sites ("Cul de Chien", "Diplodocus", "Roche aux Sabots"...) are very easily reachable by foot. Independent secondary house built in old stones (end of 19th century). The house totals 72 m2 and has 4 main rooms: Ground floor: living-room/kitchen (dishwasher), + independent bedroom (sofa-bed) with a desk and its bathroom with toilets. Traditional old tiles on the floor, with a fireplace and wooden beams at the ceiling. Direct access to the garden from both sides of the living-room. *** PLEASE NOTE: Access to the first floor by two separate EXTERNAL staircases. *** First floor: two bedrooms (queen-size beds) and a bathroom with another toilet. The guest house is accessed by a paved driveway that goes from the main entrance (portal) to the house itself. The small path runs along the main house. The reserved garden is located behind the guest house, and offers a nice outdoor private space where meals can be taken. You can park your car near the church. There is an electric vehicle charger in the village, 1 km away. There is a tesla supercharger 7kms away, in Ury. *** Caution: the cell phone does not go through in the property, and very poorly in the village.*** *** Please: you and us are allowed on the property, no visitors please ! Thank you ! *** *** The guest house faces our house, we share the same driveway, however outside relaxing areas are separated: thank you for respecting this !! *** Hosts can reach us by email / phone at their convenience. When not in Noisy, we work in Paris. The old stone church of Noisy-sur-Ecole is located 50m from the house. Next to the Mairie, up north in the village, there is an outdoor soccer area and also a playground. It is also possible to climb indoor, two places have great facilities: Karma in Fontainebleau and Buthiers (base de Loisirs). Nearby new swimming pool in Milly La Foret, with baby area. All needed (and high quality) stores (Fromager, Boulangerie, Boucherie...) are available in Milly-La-Forêt, 4 kms away. A larger supermarket is located in Oncy-sur-Ecole. The car is useful to access the house. Then you can go by foot (5 to 10 min) to enter the forest and to access the bouldering sites. There is also a hiking path called "Le circuit des 25 bosses" in the forest. *** Please read carefully the online handbook with house rules **
