Self contained studios on country small holding

Welcome to the studios Aldermaston/Tadley at Porkers cottage, we are a smallholding very conveniently placed near local tourist attractions, businesses and amenities. On site are Self contained, self catering studios with a food preparation areas and en-suite shower rooms. They are self catering but will have tea, coffee and milk on arrival. We have ample secure parking. The food preparation area includes, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, with ample utensils and cutlery etc. Whilst on a good main route we are tucked away just off the main rd and back onto woods and a good walking route. We look out onto our paddocks and so you get the best of both worlds here with convenience and relaxation. We have lots of animals on site, friendly dogs and free range chickens and occasionally our smaller ponies are wandering about too. Great for animal lovers! Guests will be given full details on arrival for our main gate and a code to come and go as they please, they will have full access to their room and outside seating area. We also have a nice area outside our paddocks where guests are welcome to sit. We are a working small holding so there is usually someone around to assist if needed. But we give our guests privacy during their stay. We are located very close to local businesses such as the AWE, Calleva Park and the police training college. We are also ideally placed for Wasing park, other wedding venues and local tourist attractions. We are a short drive to all local amenities, such as shops, pubs and take-aways. We are in walking distance to one side of the AWE and Calleva park, our nearest small shop is a 20 minute walk away, there is an Indian restaurant also a short walk away and other amenities in Tadley are within a short drive or 20-30 minute walk. There are animals onsite, we have friendly dogs and chickens free roaming and occasionally you will see small ponies around (guests outside seating is enclosed so animals cannot access these areas or guests rooms) . It is a working small holding so there will be some general noise during the day, but we are very respectful of visitors early mornings and evenings.
