Beautiful Villa in residential area of Prague. 3 bedrooms. Accomodates 8 (even 10 persons!) Individual rooms or whole flat. Accesible from airport, highways and public transport. Child friendly. Relax away from city hassle and easily reach attractions The three available double rooms are located in the upper part of a 3 levels villa found in aquiet, residencial area of Prague. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accomodate up to 8 persons. The flat has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and dinning room, a hall, a study - working space and a playroom in the attic. There is also a terrace with beautiful views of nearby gardens. Guests have access to the front garden of the house, and guests with children can make use of the safe playground in the back garden. The use of the swimming pool, outdoors kitchen and grilling area in the back garden, and the electric sauna in the lower floor, carry an extra 10 Eur/day fee ( 50 Eur/week ) Guests have access to their individual rooms and all common spaces including a large sitting room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, and terrace. The flat has 2 bathrooms. The large bathroom with bathtub and shower needs to be shared by guests occupying the 1st. floor. Guests occupying the double bedroom in the attic have a separate bathroom with WC and a drawing/work room. Children are very welcome and will be given acces to the playhouse in the garden. The swimming pool and grilling area plus sauna and mini gym can be used by previous, extra-agreement. The host is a retired paediatrician who speaks several languages and can assist visitors with any special needs. She is willing - by previous agreement - to meet guests at the airport and eventually accompany them on touristic or shopping visits outside the city. Washing, ironing and cleaning are available upon request. Extra ammenities such as sauna, swimming pool, grilling area, parking inside the premisesm etc. are available by previous agreement and carry a small additional price for covering extra cleaning and electricity costs. The villa is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood of Prague 6, not far from Prague Castle and other attractions. It is nevertheless away from the noise and hassle of the city, easily reachable by car or public transport ( 10 min. by bus to 3 different Metro Stations, and 10 min. or 2 bus stations from final stop of Turistic Tram 22 ). Is very well positioned for visitors travelling by plane ( 7 Km from Václav Havel Airport ) or by car ( 500 m away from Prague main highway traffic circle)
