MacDuff’s Farm House- Animals and ocean view

The Farm house panoramic ocean views and exotic animals grazing right off your deck will keep you wildly entertained. The house is a 5 min walk to the island's shops,restaurants,beaches and the ferry landing. Freshly painted and new furnished with open lay out,this house will keep you comfortable day and night. You won't find a place like this anywhere else! Truly a unique experience! Take in the ocean views and watch all the exotic animals graze while sipping your morning coffee or maybe a pre-dinner glass of wine as the sun sets. There are three bedrooms, master(on first floor) has a king bed and private bathroom. Upstairs has two bedrooms;Balcony room with sliding doors on railing for privacy has two twins beds but connector pad available if a king bed suits you better. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a high quality sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. Both couches in living room are both queen sleeper sofas if more beds are needed. Enjoy all the surrounding property, it is all owned by us. Feel free to walk around fences to see the animals from other angles. Also yard in front of large building is open to you to use if your looking for a flat yard to play/relax. I live the next building over but I let my guests have their space. Location of this house is perfect! Walk within minutes to downtown restaurants, shops, and beaches. 20 min walk to Mohegan bluffs and New Harbor. Close to it all but but far enough away from all the bustle. The Farm House is close to town. Parking in town can be tough in the summer and it can be easier to walk into town or to the nearby beaches.
