With us you get a cozy apartment "Fehnhuus" for 1 to max. 8 people in Moormerland. Between Emden, Leer and Aurich you are centrally located in Ostfriesland. The apartment offers plenty of space for 1 to 8 people or a family (about 160 m²). The rooms of our apartment are divided and equipped as follows: In the basement you will find: A living room with a comfortable pull-out sofa, a chic wall unit with a large TV. In the kitchen you will find a fitted kitchen with electric stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a large dining table for 8 people, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and of course the necessary dishes. The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. The upper floor is reached via a space-saving staircase, which is typical for a Fehnhaus. Bedroom 1: Wardrobe, two single beds (90 x 200 cm), Bedroom 2: Wardrobes, two single beds (90 x 200 cm) Bedroom 3: Wardrobes, three single beds (90 x 200 cm). This bedroom can be converted into a double bedroom for you. Just tell us this when you book :). In the upstairs lounge you will find a small sofa, a TV, a Wii console with a few games, a few board games, toys for children and books. In the passage room we have an "extra bed" (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe set up for you. For babies and toddlers we can provide you with a cot (travel cot). We provide our guests with parking spaces on the property. There is a smoking and barbecue area under the covered terrace. If needed, you can use the washer and dryer for a fee.
