No other guests during your stay. 2 day booking minimum. You will be staying in a large colonial solar powered house. Guests enter through the front door. Your spacious bedroom bedroom (~21 x 18 ft) is on the 2nd floor, at the end the wing, and is very private. Roku enabled TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services. Large desk/great for business travelers. No other guests will be staying at the house during your stay. Owner-occupied (1 person) & WFH F/T. Cats on the premises. You have full shared use of the kitchen, and reserved refrigerator space. Kitchen amenities includes a 36 inch six burner gas range & oven, refrigerator, a microwave oven, cookware and utensils. Mr. Coffee machine (12 cups) in kitchen and coffee (in freezer). Minimum 48 hour time gap between guests. Your initial message to me should include the City and State from where you will be traveling, the mode(s) of transportation you will be using to travel to the house, and the reason for your visit.
