During the Corona outbreak we took the opportunity to completely renovate and reshape the place, so that it becomes safe for the guests and us to continue using the place. Now the place is completely private, so that all the space, including the bathroom and entrance, is used solely by the guests. Despite being located at the city centre, it is still an extremely quiet place and is close to the forest. We've also renovated the front door which helps keep the room better thermally insulated. The place is very clean and entirely dedicated to the guests. We also provide the guests with disinfectant, and the place is disinfected before and after arrival of each guests. In addition, it has a beautiful garden and a beautiful terrace. Moreover, there is a bus stop across the street from which buses frequently travel to Siegen ZOB (two buses per hour). The accommodation has a separate entrance and has a direct access to the garden and terrace. You can use the garden and terrace, if you notify us about your usage plan in advance. No smoking. No parties. No loud music after 10 pm. My family lives directly above the accommodation. Please put all the dishes that used by you in the dishwasher, before you check out. Do not leave any thing which is not disinfected in the cabinets. Please know that we have been taking enormous measures on our own to make the usage of the place safe during the Corona outbreak and despite all these extra efforts and expenses we have kept the price very low.
