Independent single-storey gîte: kitchen/living room 34m² (fireplace) with view of the Mayenne, shower room 4m², separate toilet, 1 bedroom 16m² (1 double bed + 1 bunk bed 90). Baby equipment on request. Wifi and TV, DVD player. Parking, enclosed grounds, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, overlooking the river, bowling green, fishing room, boat available (additional deposit for the boat: €400). Every 5 years there are the ecrues (2023, 2028, ...) from September to November fishing is prohibited. Guided tours are carried out and also walks to discover the underside of the river.
