Ample private parking for two or three cars Ground floor: Living room, Dining room, kitchen, Wet room, separate toilet, utility. First floor: Master room- Double bed Twin room- Two single beds . Country views. Lounge- The sofa converts to an extra bed, TV, DVD player Kitchen- Cookware & Utensils Dishwasher, Tumble dryer, Fridge Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Toaster Utility- Washing machine, Hairdryer Guests have the entire Cottage, private gated car park and garden with summer house to themselves. Shed available for storing bikes. We live a few hundred yards away if help is ever needed are usually able to respond 24/7 Located on the B1062 midway between the historical town of Bungay and the charming market town of Beccles. Shipmeadow is a small village in the Waveney district with shops 3 miles away in both towns. Interesting farm shop within walking distance. It's in the country, so better to have your own transport. Plenty of parking. The road is on a bus route with a bus stop a few yards up. Beccles train station is 3.5 miles away. The cottage is Semi-detached please respect the neighbourhood. Two entrance doors both with moderate steps make it unsuitable for severely disabled.
