Modern House w.pool in quiet area

Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in our village. The modern decorated house has two floors, equipped with terrace, pool-billard, darts, and garden with swimming pool. WiFi and Television(3D) are state-of-the-art. Front view is on field and forest. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed plus a single bed sleeps "officially" 6 people. However, there's space enough for more ... We are nearby, so usually available on demand ;) Very quiet and peaceful area. Great to use for hiking and biking. One car can be parked right in front of the house, the gate can be locked. We can pick you up from the airport (120km away) for an additional 1500 CZK or $75 During winter (November until March) minimum stay 4 nights, between Christmas and New Year min. stay 1 week, during Easter min. stay 3 nights. Possible electricity surcharge! 50 kWh per week free, additional usage over 50 kWh is charged with 3 CZK (€0,12) per kWh. The house has electrical heating. Standard check-in time is from 14:00, check-out until 10:00
