My sunbathed 45m2 apartment is situated only two hundred meters from the biggest shopping street in Groningen and the sights such as Grote Markt, Martini Tower and Academy building. Right around the corner is a local florist and a nicest european movies cinema with wonderful terrace and fine dining. Ideal for working professionals who want to rest after an active day and enjoy blissful silence! It is neat, orderly and comfortable place. :) The apartment consists of two rooms, a living room/kichen and a sleeping room. The sleeping room has a great bed. There is a balcony and the walls are adorned with windows which look south so the house always enjoyes sun throughout the day! The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Guest will have full access. Neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. There is a bus stop 100m away and a Central Station is 400m away.
