Cozy room near center/railway station +bike

I'm renting a cozy room (15 m2) in a Nice house The room has 1 bed and it's possible to use a 2 bed. The bathroom with shower and bath is shared. They who would working, there's a desk & wifi. The house has a perfect location. There's a supermarket at 50 meters, a bakery and a butcher at 200 m 20 minuten walking distance from the centre of Leuven and the railway station at 1,5 kilometer. A bike and a (closed) outside parking space are available. The guestroom is on the second floor of the house. The room has 1 bed and it's possible to use a 2 bed. Fresh bed sheets and towels are provided. The bathroom (first floor) with toilet, shower and bath is shared. Shampoo & shower gel provided. They who would working, there's a desk & wifi. There's also a comfortable sofa for relaxing with a fresh brewed coffee from capsule machine. You can also use the mini fridge in the room. No possibility to cook. The house has a perfect location. There's a supermarket at 50 meters, a bakery and a butcher at 200 m Convent transportation: bus stop next to the house, 20 min walking to the centre of Leuven and the railway station is at 1,5 kilometer. A bike and a (closed) outside free parking space are available. The 2nd floor bathroom. The kitchen is private use for the host. Self check in/out is available. The bus to the station and the centrum stops next to the House. The bus comes every 15 min. The room is on the second floor. We have a lovely cat who stays downstairs.
