Private living, own stairs to bedroom & ensuite

We have a spacious Annex available for your use with separate access. The living area provides table with chairs and comfortable seating area. TV and use of internet. Tea, coffee making with microwave and fridge. Bowls, tea and dinner plates with cutlery. Own private staircase leads to bedroom with King size bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. Please note there is no kitchen but we will wash and replenish any crockery etc. The Annex is part of our main house and separated by a locked door. Our home is situated in the heart of Alderminster, a delightful village with the Stour River running through, wide sweeping meadows with lovely country side walks on our door step. Even an award winning Gastro Pub in the village and just 4 miles South of Stratford uponAvon. Should you not have a car we are very close to the village bus stop where services to Stratford are operated frequently. Situated on the edge of the Cotswolds we are close to Stratford, Warwick and on the road for Oxford. If you require access to a washing machine please just ask - will be happy to assist. Also, very happy for you to make use of our garden. We want you to enjoy your stay and happy to assist as required. We have lived in the area for many years and know the area very well. Beautiful village and a short stroll to The Bell - an award winning Gastro pub Tithe farm bus stop is just outside our house and Stratford can be accessed by 3A, 50 and X50. Lovely circular walk and quiet lanes close by for those wanting to cycle into the Cotswolds.
