Smart TVs and High-speed Wi-Fi are standard in all of our apartments as well as comfy furniture and high-quality linens. No matter the purpose of your stay, we want it to be comfortable and hassle-free. Each of the two bedrooms can be arranged with twin or king bedding, and the sofa can be made up to accommodate a 5th and 6th person. We are also able to arrange amenities for your little one to make your stay simple. Contact us to arrange a travel cot, dedicated nappy bin, and changing mats. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, and oven. However, if the weather is nice, we recommend grilling outside on the brick-built BBQ. The courtyard-style garden offers ample seating and is only a short dash away from the conservatory if the fickle UK weather turns sour. Our fully serviced home is centrally located, 30 minutes’ walk from the train station and 20 minutes’ walk from Derby city centre. It is close to Royal Derby Hospital and University, as well as Rolls-Royce, Bombardier, Toyota, and Pride Park. It is well-located for access to the A52, A38, and A50. We recommend exploring the nearby Peak District during your stay. We can’t wait to welcome you! Entire house and Garden with exclusive use of the private parking on the driveway. Just a 5-10 minute walk is our favourite pub, "The Rowditch Inn" which is full of character and charm. If you have young children there is Tubby Bears soft play and outdoor childrens play area (Rowditch Recreation Ground) under 5 minutes walk away. With the City centre just a 25 min walk away you can indulge in shopping in the Intu centre or at the local Retail park just a few minutes away by car (includes Sainsburys, M&S, TK Max, Boots & Next to name but a few). The Intu centre also offers a deluxe cinema, indoor mini golf and a host of Restaurants to visit. Located just a few minutes from the property is a bus stop connecting you to the surrounding areas including the city centre, and main bus department where you can get a bus direct to Nottingham and East Midlands Airport on the Skylink. Private parking is located at the property. East Midlands airport is just a 20 min car journey away. The property is located in close proximity to the main arterial road network in Derby with great links to the A38, A50 and A52.
