Cosy cottage near coast and Sandringham House

Min’s Cottage is an extended 18th Century terraced cottage in a well served village on the edge of the Royal Sandringham Estate. Just a few minutes drive from the beautiful Norfolk coast with some of the country’s finest sandy beaches and an abundance of birds and wildlife. A pretty, freshly decorated two bedroom cottage with a sunny front garden and it’s own parking space. Situated in a quiet lane. Sleeps 3 in one double and one single room with a travel cot also provided. The entire property including two bedrooms, a downstairs bathroom and upstairs cloakroom. The property is accessed by keys in a key safe so arrival time can be flexible. The owners are happy to answer any questions before arrival or whilst guests are in the property. Dersingham is a large village with good facilities, shops, pubs, garden centre and tea rooms. Sandringham Estate is very close by and there are plenty of bird reserves with beautiful countryside and beach walks. There are numerous excellent places to eat and quaint coastal towns and villages within a short driving distance. If you do not have a car there is a good bus service that stops very near to the cottage and runs along the Norfolk coast. The nearest station is King’s Lynn around 15 minutes away. Being a very old cottage the headroom in parts is quite low. Please bear this in mind whilst booking. Some beams are as low as 5’10”. We provide bed linen and towels at property however we do not provide bed linen for the travel cot.
